Are materials safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Chains are nickel free & hypoallergenic. The wire I typically use for pendants is made with copper that is plated with fine silver & then coated in a non-tarnish enamel color coating.
Rings are made with silver-filled wire and earring hooks are sterling silver unless otherwise stated in the listing.
How should I take care of my jewelry?
I recommend removing your jewelry before showering/swimming, applying lotions or heavy cleaning to keep in the best condition.
I also suggest removing jewelry before bed as snagging can occur. Use a dry polishing cloth to clean. If you should experience any problems please contact me. I'm always happy to go above and beyond to resolve any issues.
United States Postal Service Shipping Information
Orders are shipped via USPS within the US only. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address you will NOT be eligible for a refund unless the item is returned to me. If the mailing address is not entered correct please message me ASAP so I can ship your order properly & promptly.
I fully commit to shipping your order as soon as possible, however I do ask for your understand as I am a one person business. I typically have orders out within 2-7 days.
Processing time varies per item, as some items are made to order. For custom orders, please allow for 7-14 days
Any shipping delays you may experience once dropped at the post office are the sole responsibility of USPS. If you need your order to be expedited please contact me BEFORE placing your order.
I keep and reuse all shipping supplies that I receive through my orders. I suggest you do the same <3
Can I return or exchange my item(s)?
I want you to be completely happy with your order! Quality is very important to me, I'm very mindful during each creation. If you have an issue with your jewelry please let me know at your earliest convenience and I will replace your item, or we can come together for a different solution based on the situation.
